Terms of sale

Seller: [COMPANY NAME] sells the products and issues receipts. Payments are processed securely by PayPal; you can pay with a PayPal account or a card. Prices are in US dollars; any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.

What you buy: digital templates and guides for use in your own tax, accounting or bookkeeping practice, including with your own clients. You may not share, resell or publish the files. The products are communication templates, not tax, legal or accounting advice: you are responsible for adapting them to the rules of your profession and your jurisdiction.

Delivery: immediate, through your account on this website. The sign-in link we email you works once and expires after one hour; you can request a new one anytime at /login.

Refunds (The Tax-Day Guarantee): if you're not happy with your purchase, email hello@chooerkeoq.resend.app by April 15 of the tax season you bought it for (or within 30 days of purchase, whichever is later) and we'll refund the full amount. Refunded orders lose access to the files.

Done-For-You Setup: delivered within 3 business days from receiving your completed intake form, as editable documents. It covers the content of your messages and policies, not the configuration of your software.
